Our Name

Our Name

Dipti Yoga is a warm, welcoming studio where yoga, Pilates, and gentle wellness practices come together to support your whole being. “Dipti” (दीप्ति) in Sanskrit means light, radiance, or a quiet inner glow—an apt name that also honours my mother, whose kindness and steady presence inspire this space.

Here you’ll find classes that build strength and ease, breath-led movement that calms the mind, and thoughtful wellbeing offerings designed to help you feel more luminous inside and out.

Connecting with Dipti and with your practice begins simply: arrive as you are, breathe, and let the guidance meet you where you are today. Whether you join a lively Pilates flow, a slow restorative yoga session, or a short wellness workshop, you’ll be met with attentive teaching, gentle encouragement, and practices rooted in experience and care.

Come light your own quiet glow—one breath, one movement, one calm moment at a time.

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy

We believe time spent caring for ourselves is time well spent. Tucked in the heart of Wan Chai, our centre is a quiet refuge from the city's rhythm — a place where slow, considered practice can unfold.

The interior blends warm, natural materials and gentle lighting with a subtle mix of Indian and Western influences, while the soft murmur of a water fountain and carefully chosen textures invite calm and ease.

Every detail is chosen to comfort: soft fabrics, warm lamps, and a mindful soundscape create an immersive, meditative atmosphere that encourages rest, presence, and renewal. Come as you are — whether for a single hour or a steady practice — and leave a little lighter, more centred, and gently restored.

"

I am a confident, devoted teacher who shares the gifts of practice with calm clarity and wholehearted passion. With over two decades of experience, I guide each class with steady presence, intuitive care, and a deep respect for your pace. Together we create gentle strength, quiet focus, and true ease—inviting you to return to yourself, breathe more fully, and move with confidence.
